Beautiful swimming pool area for relaxation.
My stay was marred by various issues. The bathroom design left much to be desired, particularly with the sliding door which was not only cheap-looking but offered zero privacy. the lack of storage made it difficult to organize our belongings. with only hanging space available, we felt quite cramped during our stay.

i woudl ve been thrilled with my stay, but alas, no kettle in the room, and they completley disregarded my request. it’s quite comical really, given their lack of 24-7 service. plus, the sound insulation? non-existent! i also expected a room upgrade for all my troubles, but evidently, that was too much to ask.

Room descriptions are misleading!!! A leaking air conditioning unit is unacceptable!!! The sliding bathroom door offers no privacy, and the unsecured safe raised significant concerns about our valuables!!! More drawer space is desperately needed!!!

Lovely Pool and Excellent Staff
I really enjoyed my stay, especially the beautiful swimming pool and the cozy atmosphere. The staff truly went above and beyond. Dora was fantastic in recommending local spots and even surprised us with decorations for my partner's birthday! It was only a short stroll to the beach and fantastic restaurants, making it easy to explore Tsilivi. I did find it odd that there wasn't a kettle in the room for late-night drinks.

Although the air conditioning issue was promptly addressed, concerns about the unsecured safe made for an unsettling experience. The bathroom design lacked privacy, and insufficient storage space was frustrating. the swimming pool area provided a refreshing escape, and the available soup on the dining menu was a pleasant surprise.

It was just a well-suited match for getting around area in Planos (Zakynthos) with attractive and competitive value for money. The bar area had a convenient open fridge for beers, which was handy after a long day out. Keep in mind to bring your own kettle if you like hot drinks.

Occasionally, we experienced minor noise from the laundry room, which could disrupt the tranquility.
